Kilnford came to us looking to take their already successful business to the next step – online sales and delivery.
Their new online shop also needed to tie in with their existing EPOS system, to synchronise pricing and stock levels in real time.
Kilnford is one of Scotland’s foremost farm shops, famous for it’s high quality meats and excellent quality farm produce. We have worked with them developing their new website and online shop system
After client meetings, and deciding what direction the website should follow, we began front-end wireframing and design. We went through a feedback phase until Kilnford were completely satisfied with the design: in parallel to this James H was busy developing a bespoke delivery system which matched Kilnford’s existing delivery van schedule – down to the details of dates, postcodes, regions and times.
Building on this, we worked closely with the marketing department to develop an SEO strategy and custom graphics to further enhance the Kilnford brand.
Their site not only works in parallel with Kilnford’s ePOS system; it’s also mobile friendly, set up to match Kilnford’s delivery services – as well as supporting couriers and Click & Collect, and came fully search engine optimised from the outset.
