Covid-19 Coronavirus Measures

In light of recent developments with the spread of Covid-19, and taking government advice, Team Creatomatic are now working remotely.

We have set up a new cloud-based phone system to enable us to continue to take calls away from the office on our usual number 01461 205437. If you require any website updates then please email [email protected] with your requests and we will get back to you asap.

We are still available to help throughout the duration; and we’ll be happy to arrange remote meetings via Zoom/Skype/Google Meet as appropriate.

Dumfries and Galloway Citizens Advice Service (DAGCAS)

Web design and development for DAGCAS

The Project

Dumfries and Galloway Citizens Advice Service (DAGCAS) supports the public with free confidential advice and assistance via its three Citizens Advice Bureaux, located in Annan, Dumfries and Stranraer.

Citizens Advice is a network of independent charities operating across the UK, assisting people with money and benefits, legal, family, consumer and various other issues. A huge, national charity and another exciting project for the team.

Our Role

The DAGCAS website plays a vital role in their service, acting as a hub of information for both service users and also those looking to get involved as either volunteers or supporters. The incumbent DAGCAS site wasn’t responding on mobile and was also proving unwieldy to manage and update, using an outdated content management system. Time for a change.

The Result

A professional and modern new design and some content development and restructuring has given the service an easy to navigate site they’re now comfortable updating and confident promoting and directing their users to.
