Website, branding & custom development


The Project

Dumfries Show came to us with a bit of an identify crises – no identifiable logo or branding, with all of their online marketing efforts hinged an ancient website that was a bit of a pig to keep updated. The Show website has a couple of key roles to play; promote the upcoming show to visitors and exhibitors alike and act as an easily accessible archive for results.

Time for a bit of a re-think then.


Our Role

Our solution for the new Dumfries Show website is a hybrid of a single-page site (for the current show) with additional supporting sections set up for older shows and results history. Although it’s relatively simple on the front-end, some serious planning went into this one to ensure a simple and slick operation for visitors and site admins alike.  A new word-mark logo and lovely, fresh redesign all helped polish things off nicely.


Since launch, the Dumfries Show committee have taken on full control of the website, with minimal ongoing support required to run and managed content ongoing.  We’re chalking that up as a resounding success all round.
