Fulling Mill Blog

The Project

Fulling Mill is a global leader in the manufacture of premium quality fishing flies. The company operates in two distinct locations, the UK and the US, with each location operating its own e-commerce site.

In 2018 the company merged 2 x existing blogs, one for the UK, the other for the US, into a single blog site; Creatomatic were brought in to rebuild the blog and help Fulling Mill continue to provide a rich content experience to a global fly fishing community.

Our Role

The team were tasked with producing an online community to act as both a conduit to, and natural advertisement for, Fulling Mill’s e-commerce sites, and a hub of useful information and content for fishing enthusiasts.

The Result

Sharpened design with predictive search, sort by feature and blog filters improves usability for visitors to the blog moving forward.

The intuitive ad system also allows Fulling Mill to target different ads to UK and US users based on their location and where they accessed the site from.

A really interesting project for the team this one.
