The Langholm Alliance

Website design and development by Creatomatic

The Project

The Langholm Alliance came to us looking for a new website for their organisation. The brief was for a simple, easy to use website from which users can find out more about their work, the local and external groups they work alongside, get an introduction to the community and sign up as a member.

Our Role

Thanks to a brilliant, clear client brief, we were able to create a suite of designs that really help to communicate what the Langholm Alliance was all about. Creating a site structure helped us to realise that the community plan was an integral feature of both The Langholm Alliance itself and subsequently the website, so we wanted to ensure that this was showcased across the site.

We also created a page to showcase the partners involved in the group, ensuring that they are featured clearly with links to each of their websites so users can find out more information as required.

The Result

The new website helps to showcase the town of Langholm and the projects that The Langholm Alliance are working on via the blog, which is featured on the home page. The content provided by the client was detailed and well written, which really helps to get their mission across to site users. Combined with great imagery of Langholm and the surrounding area, it’s a fantastic resource for both local people and visitors to the area.
