We’ve produced websites for estate agents around the country, building our own property management system for superfast website administration.

Using the WordPress content management system, our system allows estate agents to upload property details to a single, easy to use, web-based system, automatically feeding it to multiple channels such as Zoopla and RightMove via their API’s.

As well as generating PDF particulars, our system can match potential customers (and email them details), set up and schedule meetings and reminders, and even send properties to digital shopfront displays.

Our system has a built-in feed to the most popular property sales portals – currently integrating with Zoopla, Rightmove, OnTheMarket and ESPC, although any system with a API can be connected to our property manager.

Once an hour, our system automatically checks for new updates and sends them to the appropriate portals – saving your business admin time and work duplication.

We can also publish details directly out to social networks – Twitter and Facebook – to cut down on admin time even further.

By ticking the ‘Generate Particulars’ checkbox, our system uses the entered details to automatically generate PDF particulars – no more manually creating these from scratch.

These can be produced in multiple formats – some clients use short-form particulars for selling land or commercial property, for example – and are generated instantly – saving them to the server when they’re updated helps with loading time too.

By matching your customer requirements to your properties database, our system allows you to match up sales quickly and efficiently. It’ll even allow you to schedule meetings and follow-up calls, generating iCal files for your calendar software.

Customers can register instantly on your website to see their matching properties, and can be filtered on a variety of criteria – location, price, bedrooms and property type being the most common.

Best of all, every time you add a new property, you’ll be given the option to email all potential buyers with a single click.
