fabrizio.

City life wasn’t for him, and he wanted to be closer to nature again. Creatomatic caught his eye with the sheer quality of work and the “wow factor” of their websites. It was exactly the kind of team he wanted to be part of.

What keeps Fab here is the culture. Having real agency on projects and the freedom to make decisions makes his work both meaningful and fun. Outside of work, he’s all about hitting the gym, getting lost in a good book, and continuing his studies – always learning, always curious.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?

Doing something is better than doing nothing

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I’m not a fan of pesto

If you were a colour what would you be and why?

Green. I love being near nature. If I didn’t live in a house you’d probably catch me in a hut near the woods

What’s a hill you’ll gently die on?

Tabs over spaces

What’s your favourite part of the Creatomatic process and why?

Presenting the product and receiving feedback on your work is deeply rewarding. You can take that input, refine your work, and begin the process anew – a truly gratifying and continuous cycle
