We’re hiring – Client Support Role

Kit Allen 8th of July 2020

Owing to increasing demand in 2020, we’re looking to hire a new support agent to help with our day-to-day support management and join our busy team in South West Scotland.

The role would suit a graduate, although as always we’re more impressed by portfolio, enthusiasm and willingness to roll up the sleeves and get stuck in than qualifications.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with great communication and people skills and a decent level of IT experience. A working knowledge of WordPress would be a bonus, but we’re very happy to help the right person to find their feet and learn on the job.

The role will entail handling support calls, updating client websites, working on build and content, and general web admin work. Every day is different and you’ll work with a wide range of clients across the UK and beyond to help them get the best out of the web.

Over time we’d expect you to grow into your role, moving up the ladder to become a full time web designer, developer or content manager. People have a knack of finding their best roles here, and we’re always really keen to help people increase their skill-sets and find a role they love in the company.

In return, you’ll get a competitive salary – we’re a Living Wage employer – and superb benefits, a flexible working schedule, excellent holidays and a challenging and entertaining working environment.

Since we founded Creatomatic in 2012, we’ve grown year-on-year to our current staffing level of nine full-time staff members. In this time, we’ve only had one member of staff leave, to pursue an alternative career.  We’re consistently told that this is ‘a job like no other’ (and sometimes ‘this often doesn’t feel like a real job….’) – we work really hard to make sure people love their work, because we believe it pays off in the service our clients receive.

We’re based in Annan – an easy commute from Dumfries or Carlisle – but we’re mainly working remotely at present due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please send CVs and relevant experience to [email protected]. We’ll be remotely interviewing candidates from the end of July onwards.

EDIT – This vacancy has now been filled – thank you for your interest.
