We’re looking to hire a Sales Advisor to help deliver our growth plans for Creatomatic, working with our team in South West Scotland.

The role

You’ll work with our Business Development Manager and marketing assistant to reach sales targets, talking to new and existing customers to define their requirements; consulting with our creative team to spec up projects; and closing new wins to hand over to operations for delivery.

Creatomatic has never been a ‘hard-sell’ company; we’re proud of this, and we’ve got no plans to change. Our policy has always been to find the right solution for our clients, building long-term relationships and partnerships. We want to find someone who shares this ethos.

Duties and responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Handling sales enquiries from a variety of sources (email, phone, ITTs)
  • Sales calls and meetings
  • Preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents
  • Closing sales and handing over to our operational team
  • Attend networking events, workshops and presentations
  • Creating and updating sales materials

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has proven experience in sales, ideally in the digital sector. You should be confident and personable, with a strong strategic approach and an eye on the long game. Excellent IT skills are essential, and experience with CRM systems will be required too, as well as a driving licence.

Why Creatomatic?

Creatomatic are an incredible, close-knit team of creatives, working together to make brilliant things: websites, brands, and all sorts of digital things for all sorts of clients.

We’ve been constantly evolving for over a decade, and while we’re committed to helping our team build their skills in a professional environment, we’re also a great fun place to work.

Our staff retention rate is extremely high, with a very low turnover of people and career progression plans and regular reviews for all our staff. We take our staff welfare and work/life balance really seriously, offering flexible working hours, remote working, a generous holiday allowance (usually two weeks off over Christmas and New Year + bank holidays + 24 days to take when you like) and no micro-management or clock-ins. Basically, we treat people like adults.

The fun side, meanwhile – we host regular (non-obligatory) team days and meet-ups, our annual Creatomatic Bake-Off, a Mariokart lunchtime leaderboard and a fabulous private garden at our office, complete with barbecue for our summer parties.

Please note: We’re sorry, but this is an on-site role, so we cannot accept applications from full remote candidates. We also do not accept applications from agencies.
