Finest Stays

Transforming the shape of luxury breaks with a bespoke approach

Work: Finest Stays

Changing a company name is always a testing time. Moving from an established and well-known name into a competitive market space can make or break an organisation. So what’s it like dealing with a brand new website project at the same time?

This is the challenge that faced Salcombe Finest at the end of 2022. An excellent independent agency, they’d started out under a localised company name which they’d quickly outgrown, and came to Creatomatic just as they were making the leap.

Our SuperControl expertise helped Kate Allen and her team plan out a direct booking strategy via their website which helped them tip the balance towards zero-commission, high revenue direct bookings for their portfolio of property owners via our Atom WordPress SuperControl integration system.

We also worked carefully to make sure that the transition from Salcombe Finest to Finest Stays was handled sympathetically, with user experience cues integrated to help valuable repeat customers make the connection.

The result? A stunning, high-performance website which beautifully represents the Finest Stays brand and – with the fantastic work by the Finest Stays team – has helped to drive direct bookings to over 80%. A superb result all-round.
