PKAVS

Bringing third-sector organisations together online

Work: PKAVS

Perth & Kinross Association of Voluntary Services (PKAVS) supports unpaid carers, people recovering from mental illness, minority communities, and also works to strengthen the voluntary sector.

Having traditionally operated a number of different websites and subdomains for the various branches of the organisation, the charity were keen to develop a one-stop-shop, centralised PKAVS website for all service users and stakeholders.

This process involved consultation with various different teams and individuals across the organisation to identify specific service needs. Extensive planning time was put in to the initial navigation and sitemapping process of the site.

Service (hub) homepages were developed, and an intuitive site search and FAQs feature designed and built to improve user experience too.

Results

  • Intuitive site-wide search and FAQs section
  • Unique sections for the different arms of the charity
  • Full website management by in-house teams

“We are incredibly happy with the work you have done and the final website. Looking forward to continuing working together.”

Graeme Illsley, Corporate Policy Officer
