SuperControl

Creating a seamless online presence for SuperControl

Work: SuperControl

The Brief

SuperControl is one of the UK’s foremost channel management software providers. Part of the global Inhabit group, they work with accommodation providers around the globe to help manage their bookings across multiple OTAs such as Booking.com, AirBnB and Hotels.com.

Creatomatic have enjoyed a close working relationship with the SuperControl team for many years, and we were delighted to get the opportunity to design and build their new website in 2024.

During the project, we had to consider the needs of a large number of stakeholders and work as part of a larger team of professionals, including external graphic designers, content marketing co-ordinators and SEO specialists. This can be challenging, but it’s something we’ve got a lot of experience with at Creatomatic and we’re always happy to work alongside other specialists.

Our approach

Our Southern Scotland location proved a useful asset in this project as it provided a base to meet at for our clients and their content teams, coming from Galloway and Aberdeenshire respectively. We were able to map the project out over a number of sessions both on-site and online to manage stages of the project during our work.

A big part of SuperControl’s ethos is its range of tools and functions, and we were keen to help the team highlight these. During the build process, we redesigned the navigation structure to make features and benefits more prominent – an evolution of the project specification which we were able to implement quickly and with a minimum of stress.

The website launched in summer 2024, and has helped keep SuperControl at the forefront of their field.
