Helping the Crichton Trust engage new audiences and increase brand awareness
The Crichton is an 85 acre parkland estate in Dumfries with a large business and academic community of over 80 businesses and partners.
Having supported the Crichton with web development services for a number of years, Creatomatic were tasked with revamping the business’ digital marketing setup and improving performance, with a particular focus on social media.
Consistency is key.
We worked closely with the Crichton’s in-house team to devise a social media content plan for the various different arms of the business which includes a bistro, a popular wedding and events venue and a co-working space.
Posts now go out across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn on a daily basis complemented by paid Facebook ad campaigns, opening the business up to new audiences. A number of new content series have also been introduced to promote the fantastic people and places that make up the Crichton.

Regular email campaigns were set up to boost engagement with the wider Crichton business community, utilising a previously untapped (and substantial) email list which is now growing on a weekly basis.
