Web design and SuperControl integration for Windermere Marina Village.
Windermere Marina Village offer spacious holiday apartments with beautiful marina views and a 10 minute lakeside walk to Bowness on Windermere, providing self-catering breaks in the Lake District National Park. They were looking to update their website with a redesign and move to SuperControl using our SAM system.
Our design and content teams worked closely with the client to identify key areas of the site which were bringing in traffic, highlighting these areas and tying them in with the wider site navigation. We also worked with them to develop and build on existing content.
Key Project Points
Following initial planning discussions with the client, we put together a design style to communicate our vision for the new site. The design team worked using existing content and images to highlight the fantastic location and properties on offer. In addition, we:
- Designed and illustrated floor plans for the properties
- Installed our SAM system to enable clients to easily manage bookings through SuperControl
- Built in landing pages for key content, such as pet friendly stays and family holidays
- We worked with the client on content and SEO to identify how the existing content on the site could be used within the new designs
The final site showcases the fantastic location and allows users to easily find and book their next holiday.
