Living Wage

We believe that high quality digital solutions are only possible when they are backed by a valued and respected team. At Creatomatic, looking after our people is at the heart of how we manage our business responsibly, and that starts with a commitment to fair pay.

We are an accredited Scottish Living Wage employer. In 2015, we were the first business in our home town to join the movement; today, we remain one of the few officially recognised tech businesses in the South of Scotland to voluntarily commit to these standards. It’s a core part of what makes us different.

Why this matters for your project

When you partner with us, you deserve the peace of mind that comes from working with a stable, motivated team. We don’t just pay the Real Living Wage because it’s the right thing to do. We do it because it makes your projects better.

Consistency you can rely on

By investing in our team, we reduce staff turnover and keep expertise within our walls. This means the experts you talk to during your build are the same people providing your long-term support years down the line. Everybody grows together.

Human-led expertise

Our Digital Made Human philosophy isn’t just about the work we produce, it’s about the people who produce it. A secure, respected team is a creative one, and that translates directly into the quality of service and aftercare you receive.
