Coronavirus Service Update 24th March 2020

James Miodonski 24th of March 2020

Dear clients, suppliers and friends

Since Thursday of last week Creatomatic’s office in Annan has been closed and all of the team moved to home working. In light of last night’s Government announcement it’s apparent that our HQ is unlikely to be re-opening any time soon.

Coronavirus / COVID-19 Pop up Requests

We’ve had a busy run of clients asking for pop-up notices to be added to their websites to explain their current situation around COVID-19. This is totally fine and we’re happy to do this free of charge.

Send what you need us to add to [email protected]

We’re working through these requests as they come in so please bear with us. Most if not all are being actioned the same day but please help us speed this up by sending us the exact wording that you need us to add.

Phone number

The good guys at our Zen have got our call divert up and running so we’re back in business on our normal phone number: 01461 205437

A word to our suppliers

Kit and I take care and great pride in ensuring that every one of our suppliers are paid promptly. We value your support and what you do for us and we’re doing all that we can to continue the excellent working relationships we’ve built over the years.

If you usually send us your invoices by post, we won’t see them until someone from the team is able to get to the office, which at best may be on a weekly basis.

To help us to keep paying you on time, can I ask you to please email your invoice(s) to [email protected] – we’ll be able to process and pay them as normal.

Thanks and stay safe (and sane) out there.

James Miodonski, Director
