As we prepare to close up for the year, we’d like to say a huge thank you for your support over the last twelve months.
Creatomatic will be shutting Tue 21st Dec and re-opening on Wed 5th January, recharged and raring to go.
Below is some important information about our seasonal support hours.
EMERGENCY Out of Hours Support
After another busy year’s work we’re giving our support team a little break. We’ll be closing our (home) offices and phone lines from 16:00 Tuesday 21st Dec ’21 through to 9:00 Wednesday 5th Jan ’22.
Worried about something urgent? Don’t be – we’ll still respond to emergency support tickets throughout the holiday, but responses might be slightly slower than you’re used to as we run a skeleton staff during this time. Non-urgent support and enquiries will be picked up when we return in January.
As always, all urgent support queries should be addressed to [email protected], which is checked routinely.
