Farewell to Butts Street
It’s been relatively quiet in the Creatomatic blogosphere recently – partly due to the overwhelming amount of work we’ve been taking on this spring, and partly because of our long-awaited move to our new home in the beautiful Bridge House.
Our new office is housed in this rather splendid 17th century building: the towns original academy, it was built in the 17th century and schooled Thomas Carlyle among other notables (he hated it so much that he left after three years, so let’s hope history doesn’t repeat here…)
Our part of the building was, until recent months, a derelict, boarded-up wing of the building. Thanks to an eye-watering investment and a lot of hard work, it’s now a cosy, well-appointed small office, and a perfect base for us to work on the aforementioned workload.
On that note – we’ve been exceptionally busy on the launch calendar over the past few weeks…
