Heart Internet server outage

Heart Internet are having a bit of a nightmare today – they’ve had intermittent service since the small hours of this morning, and don’t appear to be any closer to fixing it.

We have a legacy Heart account at Creatomatic, which we use mainly for transfers; however, there remain a small number of client hosting accounts on the platform.

If you’ve been affected by the outage, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. We’re actively working to move all legacy accounts off here to our managed hosting service to avoid shared hosting issues like this; you can monitor progress at http://www.heartstatus.uk/ for updates.
