With less than a month to go until our official launch, we figured it was probably time to start practising what we preach, and using our blog.
So. Here we are. Welcome to our home. Take a seat, we’ll put the kettle on.
Currently, Team Creatomatic is Kit Allen – that’s me – James Miodonski and Chris McWhinnie.
James and I have worked together for several years now; our services tend to go hand-in-hand, with my company providing web design and development and James providing SEO and marketing, so it made sense to join the two services up. We were privileged have Chris come to our attention after attending a media course I delivered at the local college.
Under the Creatomatic banner, we offer a polished and professional service for businesses who share our commitment and enthusiasm for making the most of the web. We produce online growth strategies which look at business strengths and opportunities, build excellent systems on open-source platforms to deliver unbeatable value, and work on all the little details which make for success: our small size means that we’re well placed to offer a quick and nimble service to our growing customer base.
Alongside this, our Site In A Day workshops provide a first step for businesses who don’t have the budget or time to invest in a large-scale online strategy. A four-hour session, Site In A Day is an intensely focused workshop which aims to get your business either advertising or trading online using WordPress and WP eCommerce systems: we register you a domain, set up email accounts, install a CMS, and help you with design/photography, content, training, and even an ongoing SEO strategy to let you get the most out of your site. For £480, it’s an incredible bargain, and is extremely limited availability – check our factsheet for the full programme details.
The cog in our wordmark is the closest thing we’ve got to a logo; we think it’s an appropriate analogy for what we do. Turning the little cogs to make the big wheels spin – welcome to Creatomatic!
