About the Association of Scottish Self Caterers

The ASSC, founded in 1978, is Scotland’s leading source of knowledge on short-term letting and holiday homes. As the only trade body representing the interests of the traditional self-catering sector, their members operate, collectively, in excess of 7,000 self-catering properties across Scotland.

Thanks to our ongoing work with SuperControl, the leading online booking and channel management system designed specifically around the needs of self-catering businesses, as one of a select number of recommended agencies, we have years of experience working with clients from the self-catering sector.

From one property wonders to big property portfolios, our purpose-built platform allows you to integrate an online booking calendar which connects to SuperControl’s API data feed to showcase your availability and prices at any time throughout the year.

Led, managed and inspired by the people who own and run holiday cottages throughout Scotland, we are proud to support the ASSC and the self-catering sector in Scotland, whether it’s city centre apartments, seaside chalets, or entire estates, offering visitors to Scotland consistently high standards.
