Christmas Holiday update 2025
As we approach the upcoming festive season it’s a good time to let you know – or remind if you’ve been with us for a while – that Creatomatic HQ shuts up shop for a couple of weeks over Christmas.
This year, we are closing the doors at 5pm on Thursday 19th December, and will be back at our desks at 9am on Monday 6th January. Between these dates, we will operate an emergency only out–of-hours support service.
Emergency support details
To keep things simple during the Christmas shutdown, please contact us as normal by email to [email protected] or calling 01576 526900 and leaving a voicemail. We would encourage you to keep non-urgent website updates and changes to a minimum whilst we are away as we will not be able to provide the usual rapid response times that we pride ourselves on whilst the majority of our team are taking a well deserved break.
We’re not saying ‘don’t contact us’ – please do!
We’ll acknowledge and triage your messages, handle or escalate anything that requires an urgent response as soon as we can, and add a task to pick up anything else when everyone’s back at their desks in the new year. The normal service you’ve come to love and lean on will return as soon as we’re back in January.
Response times will be longer than usual.
Please bear with us as our emergency response times will be significantly longer than you are used to during the normal working week and it may take upwards of four hours to respond.
Examples of emergency support requests
These will be dealt with as a priority by our out-of-hours team.
Website outages or downtime
- Your website is completely inaccessible.
- Key functionality – such as a payment gateway or booking system – is not working.
- eCommerce checkout or payment functionality is failing.
Security Issues
- You suspect your website has been hacked.
- There is evidence of a data breach, such as unauthorised access or exposed sensitive data.
Hosting-related emergencies
- Issues with your domain, DNS, or server affecting the availability of your website or emails.

Examples of non-urgent requests
These will be logged, assigned and picked up when we return w/c 6th January.
- Content updates Requests to add, remove, or edit text, images, or other content on your website.
- Troubleshooting minor layout or design inconsistencies.
Account or access management
- Adding or editing user accounts (unless there is a threat of malicious intent)
- Feature enhancements Adding new functionality or design changes
- Plugin installations

It’s not meant to be a replacement for our support team but you might find the answer you need in a pinch whilst we’re working with reduced cover.
