Welcome Hayley: Fell & Co. joins Creatomatic

We’re delighted to welcome Hayley Fell to Creatomatic as our new Head of Commercial.

Hayley joined us on 1st October and will lead sales and marketing as part of our new Senior Leadership Team. Hayley’s joined on the leadership team by Chris McWhinnie, who steps up into the role of Head of Operations. Chris was Creatomatic’s very first employee, joining on day one 14 years ago, and has grown with the company ever since. Few people know our business, our clients and the way we work better than he does, so it’s fitting to see him take on this role. Together, they’ll be shaping how Creatomatic grows over the next chapter.

Meet Hayley

Hayley has worked in marketing agencies since 2014, including seven years at her previous agency working with challenger brands and household names.

In January 2026 Hayley, Kit and James founded Fell & Co., a dedicated marketing agency specialising in search marketing. Fell & Co. has been based at Creatomatic’s HQ since launch, so many of you may have seen Hayley’s face around already.

Fell & Co. joins Creatomatic

As part of Hayley’s move, Fell & Co. has merged into Creatomatic. Bringing that search and digital marketing expertise in house means we can offer a more joined up service: brand, strategy, organic search, paid media, creative and web, all under one roof.

“Hayley has been part of the furniture here since Fell & Co. moved in, and we’ve seen first hand what she brings to clients. Bringing all the Fell & Co. services under one roof means Creatomatic’s clients benefit from a wealth of expertise with everybody supported by the same dependable team made a lot of sense. Her commercial experience and search expertise fill a real gap for us, and we’re excited about what the new leadership team will build together.”

– James Miodonski, Director & Co-Founder

Congratulations to Chris and Jack

It’s not just the leadership team that’s changing. Two of our team have stepped into new roles too.

Chris McHenry is our new Marketing Manager. He’ll lead Creatomatic’s own marketing efforts, keeping our brand and messaging consistent everywhere we show up. Chris is also a talented motion graphics designer, and as well as using those skills in house, he’ll help us develop motion graphics as a service for clients.

Jack Ogston moves into the role of Senior Digital Specialist, leading digital strategy for our clients. With a strong focus on SEO and the fast-growing world of GEO (generative engine optimisation), Jack will be the go-to for clients looking to improve their marketing performance and drive results.

Both bring a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and skill to their new roles, and we’re already seeing great results. Congratulations to you both.

What’s next

With a new leadership team in place, we’re ready for our next stage of growth. Over the coming months we’ll be sharpening our service offering, growing our client base and investing in our people, while staying true to what makes us Creatomatic: Digital Made Human. Having strategy, search, creative and web under one roof means our clients get joined up thinking from day one, and we can’t wait to show what this team can do.
