Crabtree and Crabtree

Setting the standards for SuperControl website design with Crabtree & Crabtree

Work: Crabtree and Crabtree

The Brief

Long-established and hugely respected in the industry, Crabtree & Crabtree were on our radar for a long time before the first email. We’d lost count of the sales enquiries who brought the brand up as a company that was Doing It Right.

We were therefore delighted when Creatomatic made the shortlist of developers  when it came to redesigning their website in 2023 – and even happier to win the project.

Crabtree & Crabtree had a superb reputation to uphold, and it was critical that their website matched their high standards of luxury properties, customer care and brand ethos.

Challenges

With a collection of over 350 properties, the website had to provide an absolutely seamless user experience; a fast and efficient search and booking journey; and a format that would not only retain their excellent rankings for key search terms, but also enable them to grow into new markets and drive new direct bookings.

Alongside the core SuperControl property listings, search and collection integration, the new website involved significant development for accompanying content.

This provides not only property details, but also a fabulous directory of activities – the famous Crabtree & Crabtree Little Black Book – to give potential guests a real flavour for their stay.
