Based in the rolling hills of Dumfries and Galloway, Kitchen Coos & Ewes has built a world-class reputation for their unique Highland cow farm tours. With over 700 five-star TripAdvisor reviews and a top-ranking spot on Google, they are the definitive name in ‘Highland cow experiences’. They came to Creatomatic because their success was outstripping their technology. They needed a partner who could build a platform capable of handling high-volume bookings and global merchandise sales while protecting the incredible search engine visibility they had spent a decade building.
The challenge
Their previous website was difficult for the team to manage and didn’t truly reflect the warmth and personality of the farm and staff. More importantly, the booking process and the online shop felt disconnected from the main site, creating friction for visitors trying to book a tour or buy merchandise. The goal was to take their digital presence to the next level – creating a high-performance home that could streamline operations, drive enquiries, and ensure that their hard-earned SEO ranking remained untouchable.

We built a new, fully responsive website, designed to be as hardworking as it is visually engaging. To solve the operational friction, we integrated Fareharbor for a seamless, real-time booking experience and created an easy-to-navigate bridge to their Shopify store.
