What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?

It’s all going to be OK! Probably.

How do you stay inspired?

We work in a proper fast-moving industry here. It helps to step back from the day-to-day stuff once in a while and talk to actual real people. ‘Touch grass’ as the young people say.

What does the perfect weekend look like?

Well, I’m 45 years old, so anything without major bone-creaking aches and pains or incontinence is a win. But travel’s always great, I love a gig and good food, and I’d absolutely take something adventurous too – last year, I learned to waterski and it was most excellent fun.

Why should clients consider working with Creatomatic?

Because we’re genuinely focused on doing a great job. Because we know so much about the industry. Because we’re really, really nice to work with.

If your approach to work had a tagline, what would it be?

I’ve made a working prototype and it’s amazing. Can we find a real developer to stop it exploding now, please?’

What’s your favourite Creatomatic moment so far?

The many, many times the team has caused me to have to step away from my keyboard to catch my breath from laughing so hard. Also reaching the finals for Best Agency in Scotland in the 2025 SDAs was pretty cool.
