Brand & Identity

They say a picture paints a thousand words. We say: why stop there?

We’ll help you bring your brand to life through considered, imaginative design, exploring your audience and aspirations to create powerful, thoughtful branding. And we’ll give you the tools and autonomy to use it, too.

Bring your brand to life

Here are some of the ways we can elevate your brand.

Brand and identity development

Your brand starts with understanding. We explore your business, your vision, your audience and your goals to get a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go. From there, we create branding that’s thoughtful, distinctive, and built to help your business connect with the right people.

Designed and delivered

Your logo is just the start. We’re always ready to collaborate on brand delivery, too. We collaborate with you to apply your new or existing brand across digital, print, reporting, events, signage, merchandise – whatever your business needs. Every application is consistent, considered, and aligned with your brand story.

Retrospective and refreshed branding

Sometimes a brand exists but without the tools or guidance to use it properly. The result: inconsistent messaging, and diluted recognition.

We help pull everything you need together, collating your brand guidelines, all the file types you’ll need for brand usage, and clear guidance on brand language, colours, fonts and more. A professional, cohesive brand your audience will immediately recognise.

Your ongoing design partner

Our team work hand-in-hand with industry leaders to provide ongoing design services whenever you need them.

We’re there for marketing collateral, social graphic templates, exhibition and event support, reporting and documentation – and everything in between. Our friendly team are always just a message away.

Testimonials

Real Stories, Real Results

“Working with Creatomatic is a pleasure. A very creative, inspiring and professional team who offer exceptional customer service. From first meeting through to launch of our Website – The Langholm Alliance, new brand and logo for Langholm – Explore and Discover, the team listened and offered regular feedback and took on board suggestions and never made me feel awkward for asking nonsensical questions. Paul is a genuine guy with an great eye for detail, design and concept. I would thoroughly recommend the fab team at Creatomatic.”

Sharon Tolson
Langholm Explore & Discover

“We opted for a branding pack and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. We had an initial chat where we discussed our aspirations and ideas, then moved on to reviewing options directly with the designer – we felt like they fully engaged with our concept and we really enjoyed that the process felt collaborative as we made the final tweaks. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend them.”

Joanna Wemyss

“Paul designed my logo and did an amazing job! He understood my brand straight away and was very patient while we went back and forth, trying to get it just right. I love the final design, it’s better than I could have imagined.”

Latest branding Projects

How long does a brand and identity project take?

Typically between 4–8 weeks, depending on scope. That includes discovery, strategy, creative exploration, and final rollout. We’ll always map this out clearly in initial conversations so there are no surprises.

What do you need from me to get started?

We’ll lead the way, shaping the process and asking all the right questions. We send out a short branding questionnaire that you need to fill out, and the more honest you are about your goals, challenges, and ambitions, the stronger the outcome. Once that’s complete, its with us to start designing.

What will we actually receive at the end of the project?

You’ll get a complete brand toolkit, typically including your logo suite, colour palette, typography, and brand guidelines, depending on the package you choose. We give you everything you need to stay consistent across your website, socials, print and beyond.

Do we really need a full brand identity, or just a logo?

A logo alone won’t carry your brand. It might look good, but without clear thinking behind it, it won’t connect to your audience or scale your business. A full brand and identity gives you direction, consistency, and a system you can actually use, so everything feels joined up.
