Curated Cottages

Integrated tech:

Curated Cottages is a Dorset-based holiday letting agency with a simple philosophy: every property in their portfolio is one they’d choose to stay in themselves. From coastal retreats near the Jurassic Coast to homes in Dorset’s historic market towns and countryside, their collection is hand-picked rather than mass-managed.

As a completely new venture, founders Shona and Ian came to Creatomatic with a blank canvas. They needed to launch their agency with a brand identity and a digital presence that felt just as considered, authentic, and high-end as the physical properties they represent.

Starting from the ground up meant our first priority was capturing Shona and Ian’s distinct vision. We needed to translate their deep passion for Dorset and their sharp eye for interior detail into a cohesive brand identity. Because the agency was entering a competitive luxury travel market, it was critical that the visuals felt instantly premium, trustworthy, and distinct from their competitors.

We faced a logistical hurdle in that we had to develop the new brand and website within a tight timeframe. With the spring and summer booking season fast approaching, we had to move quickly without compromising on quality, ensuring the new business launched with a strong, professional presence and was ready to attract guests from day one.

Curated Cottages emerged with a brand that truly reflected Shona and Ian’s vision for the business, balancing a luxury feel with the warmth of the Dorset coast. Rich blues and gold accents give potential customers a flavour of the premium hospitality they can expect.

With the visual foundations set, we turned our attention to the website. We designed a clean, imagery-forward layout, stripping away distractions in favour of intuitive, seamless navigation, featuring live availability and full integration with SuperControl to support direct bookings.

Alongside the brand and website, we carried out keyword and competitor research to shape the site’s content and structure from the outset, and set up GA4 tracking so Curated Cottages can keep an eye on form submissions and website traffic, giving them a strong SEO foundation to build on as the agency grows.

The overall brand identity and website feels authentic and thoughtfully crafted, sitting naturally alongside their carefully curated collection of luxury properties. Launched ahead of the busy spring and summer season, the new platform gave Curated Cottages a strong and confident presence online, setting them up well for future growth.

“Thank you guys! You created a fantastic brand identity and delivered a website that was in total sync with our vision. A brilliant job!”
